“Split up and compete,” was the motto for many of the clubs on the second day of competition at Solkan, Slovenia. Most of the teams on the first day familiarised themselves with the course, the competition and each other, so the second day’s atmosphere was excellent.

NZ’s U23 Men’s team – fired up!

The team of Samuel Harrison, Draxson Kerr, Aperahama Hurihanganui, Matt Barnard, Christy Hammond, Isaac Tracey, Roretana Kerr, Conner Hamilton is the first ever U23 men’s team to be entered in the worlds to represent New Zealand. Several of these guys have been rafting for the past five years.

Indonesia invites you to come compete!

From the 27 Nov to 1 Dec Indonesia is running a World Cup event on the Serayu River which is a high volume river with 50-100 m3/sec. The water level is controlled by rain and the rapid becomes more challenging during rainy season, November to April.
