We hope you have all been having a safe and enjoyable festive season despite some of the challenges confronting many of us at the moment.

In this final newsletter of 2021, we share positive news of our work with the IOC's Mountain Sports Group in committing the IRF to the Mountain Sports Sustainability Pledge.

We're also sharing with you our search for hosts of future IRF racing events, wrapping up the UTS World Virtual Youth Festival 2021; and welcoming our newest GTE Assessor, Fabián Alejandro Bonanno.

We congratulate the winner of our ARK Inflatables auction, and start gearing up for WRC 2022 with a reminder of age divisions for racing.

And finally, we close with warm wishes in IRF President, Joe Willis Jones' Year in Review 2021.

As we launch ourselves into a new year, we hope 2022 is good to rafting and to all of you!
